• Equipped with an anodized aluminum bar for the strongest protection available. • Nylon composite material is injection-molded around the aluminum guard for increased protection • Indexed steel bar-end insert mounts solidly and will not allow guard to rotate in a crash • Comes equipped with mounting kit to fit 7/8” handlebars • Mounts to the handlebar with bar inserts and has plenty of room for cables and brake lines • Optional spoilers and mounting kits for oversized handlebars are sold separately

 

RALLY PRO SPOILERS

These optional add-on spoilers mount to the top of the Rally Pro handguards and provide additional hand coverage for those cold, wet or really muddy rides. Mounts easily to the existing guard.

 

MOUNTING KITS

While our Rally Pro guards come complete with all the mounting hardware necessary to bolt right up to any standard aluminum or steel bar, we also offer special mounting kits to fit the Pro-Taper & PHS handlebars as well as replacement sets for the stock setups.

 

SWIVEL JOINT

An aluminum mounting kit for racing; compatible with Rally Pro, Rally II, Multiconcept and Multiplo handguards. An additional new hinge adds an innovative feature to the Acerbis kit that allows adjustment in three directions. With the screw removed, you can simply rotate the handguards while leaving the expander on the handlebar. In this position, there is sufficient space to work without having to remove the handguards completely. Can be adapted to all handlebars, including conical bars

ATV EXTENSION

Acerbis now has ATV Extension that works for the Rally Pro, Rally II and Minicross Rally Handguard Mount Kits. Just ADD this extension to your Mount Kit for a clean install. Handguards, Mount Kit and ATV Extension sold separately.
