  • All returns must be sent accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
    Prior to sending your return back to us, please call 805-582-9495  to
    get a RA# (return authorization number).

  • The RA# MUST be written on the outside of the box. If there is no visible RA# on the box your package will be refused.

  • A shipping charge will be applied for any exchanges.

  • An RA# must be obtained within 30 days of the date you received your package.

  • The RA# is only good for 14 days. If your return package is not received   within
    the 14 days after the RA# was issued, the return/exchange will be
    refused. If package is delayed due to UPS, your return/exchange will
    still be granted. All products must be in new and re-useable condition.

  • All returns requiring a refund will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

  • All returns will be charged for shipping to TREMX.COM even if free shipping requirements were met at the time of original purchase.

  • Please note: by placing the order over the phone or online, you are
    agreeing to the terms and conditions stated in our store policy. If
    there is a discrepancy on your order, please contact us within 48 hours
    of receiving the merchandise.

  • Any items returned damaged or used will not be accepted.

  • No returns/exchanges on closeout items will be accepted!
