- All returns must be sent accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
Prior to sending your return back to us, please call 805-582-9495 to get a RA# (return authorization number).
- The RA# MUST be written on the outside of the box. If there is no visible RA# on the box your package will be refused.
- A shipping charge will be applied for any exchanges.
- An RA# must be obtained within 30 days of the date you received your package.
- The RA# is only good for 14 days. If your return package is not received within
the 14 days after the RA# was issued, the return/exchange will be refused. If package is delayed due to UPS, your return/exchange will still be granted. All products must be in new and re-useable condition.
- All returns requiring a refund will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
- All returns will be charged for shipping to TREMX.COM even if free shipping requirements were met at the time of original purchase.
- Please note: by placing the order over the phone or online, you are
agreeing to the terms and conditions stated in our store policy. If there is a discrepancy on your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise.
- Any items returned damaged or used will not be accepted.
