BBR Motorsports is now shipping its hand crafted exhaust systems for the CRF150R.
D-Section R and RT Combo
For those of us who want it all, BBR offers the ultimate D-Section R and RT Combo exhaust system. The foundation of this system is the thin-wall stainless tail section with 6061 T-6 aluminum can with billet mounting bracket and signature BBR billet end cap. The large volume D-section can gives greater tire clearance and greater packing volume. This system comes with two thin-wall stainless steel headers: (1) the R header produces incredible power in mid to high RPM range and (2) the RT header delivers hard-hitting power in the bottom and mid RPM range.
BBR raises the bar with its innovative precision-machined slip joint connecting the header to the tail section. The increased surface area on this joint creates a better seal and a solid connection. This slip joint is machined from stainless steel giving a precise fit, which makes it easier to change headers. Run the R header for outdoor motocross or desert rides and switch it out for the RT header for the tight indoor Supercross track or woodsy trail ride.
Another BBR innovation is the quick-change tuning inserts which give finer control of the sound and power characteristics. The quick-change inserts give you three different sound settings to match your riding style and help meet local noise regulations. The system also features a stainless steel heat shield and removable spark arrester. Each system is handcrafted and test fit by the pros at BBR.
D-Section R
This high-reving race exhaust that makes incredible power in the mid to high RPM range and is well suited to high-speed outdoor motocross tracks and wide open spaces. Comes with everything listed above except the RT header.
D-Section RT
This high-torque race exhaust that delivers hard-hitting power in the bottom and mid RPM range. This option is the perfect choice for indoor tracks, Arenacross, or woods and trail riding. Comes with everything listed above except the R header.
